BUCK-TICK Fanbook Project

     Once again, hello everyone~

    Since this year is BUCK-TICK’s 25th anniversary, we at the Street Team have decided to create a fan project specifically for this occasion.  We would like everyone to create something for the band that can be put into a book, such as drawings, letters, etc. – anything you can imagine that would fit into a scrapbook-type booklet that can be mailed to the band. 



     We require the submissions to be, at the maximum, 8.5" (inches) x 11" (inches) sized, to make it easy to create a uniform sized book.  We also request that the material not be obscene (no yaoi or fanfiction, please!).  We want to convince the band to come to the United States, not scare them away!  Please email us at wubtstreetteam@gmail.com when you wish to submit, since we would rather not have either of our addresses posted publicly on the web.  Thank you for your understanding~

     International fans are more than welcome to enter, as we know BUCK-TICK has adoring fans all over the world who want the band to know about them.


     The deadline to have your submissions shipped is Wednesday, October 31st.  Due to Shannon’s college schedule, it’s difficult for her to be in town closer to November, so we have to work on getting the book together in August.  Any submissions shipped after this date will not be guaranteed to be put into the book.

     We at the Street Team will cover the postage cost to BUCK-TICK, anyone sending submissions must cover the cost of shipping to us.

     Here is a breakdown of the dos and don'ts of the project.

     Do

• Maximum size of 8.5" x 11"
• Multiple submissions are accepted, must fit on two (2) 8.5" x 11" pages.
• Japanese & English only. Simple English is best, if you need help we'll try to help you.  Only one of the street team leaders speaks any Japanese, so Japanese text may or may not be translated.
• Letters, hand written or typed. If you can't mail your letter, please e-mail it to us for printing.
• Artwork, fanart is allowed. Traditional or digital (resolution must be at least 300 for printing)
• Cards. Please keep the back blank so they can be put in the book.
• Photographs. Cosplay, of you with your collection, whatever you think the band would like, as long as it's tasteful. If sending photos digitally, please send them in high quality for printing.
• A short message in your native tongue, whatever language that may be. These will not be translated, but please keep them to one (1) or two (2) sentences.

     Don't

• Obscene content, written, drawn, or in photos. We do not want to offend the band. Obscene content will not be put into the book.
• Copyrighted material. That means lyrics, words, and art that isn't yours.
• Yaoi in art, word,or photos.
• Fanfiction. The boys can Google if they want to read fanfics.
• Submissions larger than 8.5" x 11". If if can't fit on a page that size, we can't add it to the book, sorry!
• 3D items. Slightly raised is fine, but nothing more than half an inch (.5"/1.27cm)
• A submission to a single band member. This is for the whole band, if you make something for one, make something for the other four (4).
